Dr. Emily Liebtag is a Director at Getting Smart, a learning design firm. She works with education organizations to promote, improve, or amplify their work.

Emily has designed and facilitated professional development and created curricular resources for K-12 educators on a variety of topics, including project-based learning, culturally responsive teaching, diversity and equity issues, dual language learning and global education. Her doctoral research was focused on better preparing teachers to be culturally responsive. She is currently involved with a future of work project and researching the implications of artificial intelligence in education.

Emily is a strong supporter of education and committed to helping current and future educators create meaningful learning experiences for all students.
